From City of Heroes/City of Villains Stratics

The Banished Pantheon is a faction composed of necromantic shamans, the zombies raised by said shamans, and possessed/haunted masks. In combat, they generally operate using the zombies as highly expendable tanks, the shamans as debuffers/holders and the masks as long-range damage dealers.

Minions

Zombies: The zombies are relatively weak, sigil-bearing corpses which sometimes possess modern weaponry such as shotguns, other times they are found to wield only clubs. Though some zombies are of the 'male' build, and others of the 'huge' build, they are statistically the same in spite of appearances.

Lieutenants

Avalanche Shaman: These enemies possess the 'Earth Control' and 'Weather Manipulation' power sets. They will generally set up a storm-like field in a similar manner to Tsoo sorcerers, and will at other times though most often at the same time, immobilized a hero alongside DoT.
