CoH Stratics in conjunction with Pips/Gunsmoke are proud to present The Hero Planner! This utility will allow you to plan out your characters advancement from start to finish. You will also be able to allocate enhancements lots as well as which enhancements you wish to place in each slot. The files are currently in .zip format, so you will need something like WinZip to unzip them. After Unzipping you should run the setup program and install the utility. Once installed you are ready to get started on planning your character!
